It’s a very easy-to-make pie. We bought a pie dough from the supermarket, but you can of course just make your own.
In a big bowl, mix the following ingredients:
– 4 eggs, beaten
– 1 onion, diced
– 1/4 cabbage, thinly sliced
– 6 mushrooms, diced
– a couple handful of green peas
– a couple handful of chorizo, diced
– 2-3 tablespoons of parmesam, grated
– 1 pear, grated
Add salt and black pepper to taste (it should just have a mild salty taste because the cheese and chorizo bring a lot of taste with them when they get cooked). Then add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and a pinch of sugar. Mix well. Lastly, drizzle some thinly sliced leeks on the top.
In a pie form, spread the pie dough, and pour in the mix, then fold the dough over. Let the pie cook in a 200C preheated oven for roughly 45min (you will see the pie grow. It’s ready when the dough is tanned and the egg mix has gained a solid form). The cooking time might vary depends on how deep your pie is. Ours was ca. 5cm thick.
